"I travelled by your bus. The worst experience I ever had in life is this one. The driver was not stopping at any food stalls whenever we asked him to. He increased the speed of the vehicle and said "agle pe ruk jayenge" and still didn't stop. He was driving very slowly and not at all cooperative. He got sleepy so we asked him to stop for a Cup of tea so he can get some energy. He still managed to say "no". We had to literally beg him for stopping somewhere for food. And the helper by his side, he was sleeping mostly all the time. Not at all helpful. Driver's name is *Vipin Kumar*"

"The bus driver doesn't know the route of Delhi to Haridwar The usual govt.bus takes 5-6hrs but when i travelled by this Volvo it took. 7hrs to reach haridwar Why pay700to sit in Volvo if we can trave in less time and also less cost in government buses... Very much disappointed"

"Bus is gud condition nd management is very helpful, when I was using in covid19 then bus staff was sanitized the bus daily nd using mask, if any one is coming without mask then bus staff gave us the mask. If any issue then management was solved."
